Grief At The Pace Of Stone

Join River aka The Grief Witch for a three hour community grief circle. Together we will share stories, sing songs, participate in ritual, build altars and create beauty to collectively alchemize our grief.

Participants will recieve a small grief package to take home to support continued integration, and an optional community meal of will be available afterwards as well.

The event will take place outside on the land at Haus of Fruitz and Flowerz in Eagle Creek, Oregon. Address will be sent upon registration in addition to a waiver that participants must sign for the event space.

If you have experienced a significant loss in the past 6 months, please contact the organizer before registering.

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Contact the organizer for financial support.

What to Bring:

Backjacks, cushion, or chair (optional)

Journal, pen (optional)

Water

Sunscreen (optional)

Items to build an altar (photos, special items, flowers, herbs, stones, bones, etc)

Accessibility Information:

We will be gathering outside and sitting on the ground. Couch cushions, larger pillows, and chairs are available. Please bring your own if you need to.

Land is mowed grass. Parking area is gravel. There is a short walk from the parking area to our gathering place.

There will be sun exposure and some tree coverage. Bring sunscreen if needed.
