Grief Support @ The Library

Welcome to the November Grief Café, a gentle and respectful space where you can be with others, to share and explore thoughts, feelings and experiences of grief and loss. 

To open this months meeting Therese will share a few thoughts on dealing with regret after a loved one has died. Therese lives locally and has worked and volunteered in the area of loss and grief for over 20 years.

During this final meeting for the year we will take time to honour our loved ones.

There will also be notes with helpful strategies regarding Christmas and the New Year.
