    Event description

A sacred space where we come together to honour our grief and weave it into the fabric of our lives. In this circle, we embrace the power of ritual, connection, and community to navigate the complexities of loss. Rooted in the teachings of Francis Weller, we explore grief not as something to be fixed or hidden but as a natural and essential part of our human experience.

During this gathering, we will engage in somatic embodiment practices, meditation, and rituals that help us ground and connect with our grief. There will be time to share, be witnessed, and find solace in the collective support of the group.

This is a space where grief is acknowledged and respected, where tears are as welcome as silence, and where we find healing through the shared experience of our humanity. Come as you are, and let us weave together the threads of our grief into something whole and beautiful.

Please keep in mind that this is not group therapy. The meditation and embodiment practices will support you in growing your capacity to feel and hold yourself through difficult feelings. It is not necessarily about feeling better, but getting better at feeling. We recognise that grief is non-linear and that we all grieve in ways that are deeply personal and unique. Resources to access further support will be shared with those who attend.

Please trust in your heart and trust in your own timing, if you feel called our circle is waiting to welcome you with loving open arms.
