GriefTalks Workshops - Baw Baw Shire Council in partnership with GriefTalks and Mindfull Aus
Event description
GriefTalks - Navigating change and loss
Baw Baw Shire Council is bringing GriefTalks, partnered with Mindfull Aus, for an empowering workshop that explores how we can navigate all forms of grief, loss and change. This may include losing a loved one, changing relationships, loss through natural disaster, job loss or other change and losses experienced throughout life.
Together, we will be busting myths and misunderstandings about the impact of grief whilst taking part in hands-on activities that support our emotional wellbeing, build connection and start conversations.
This workshop is open for anyone 18+ who has experienced any form of loss or change.
