Grieving Forward
Event description
Event Description
Grief is heavy but it can also be connective, meaningful, and even life-giving!
Grieving Forward is a heart led workshop designed to honour our loved ones, share their legacy, and reflect on how we’re crafting our own. Together, we’ll explore how the values they embodied can help us shape the way we move forward, grounding us with meaning even in the midst of loss.
Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you are welcome.
You’ll leave feeling more connected, more grounded, and with practical tools to support yourself when the days feel heavy.
What to Expect
A grounding cacao ceremony
Reflection on the values and qualities we admired in our loved ones
Exploration of what legacy means to us, and how clarifying our own values can guide the path ahead
Supportive circle sharing and a gentle closing ritual
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of connection to both what has been left to you, and to the legacy you are consciously choosing to carry forward.
Who it's for
This workshop is for anyone grieving - whether your loss is fresh or something you’ve carried quietly for years. You don’t need to explain it or name it perfectly. This is a space where your grief is welcome.
It’s for you if:
You’re navigating the emotional weight of loss and want to move forward with more lightness and meaning
You long for space to feel and process without pressure
You’re curious about how values and legacy can guide your healing
You’re open to ritual and reflection—even if it’s new
You want to connect with others who understand the path of grief
About the Facilitator
Cecile Dransart is a certified holistic life coach who guides people through change with compassion, clarity, and grounded tools.
Her work is deeply grief-informed, shaped by the loss of her husband and the motto he left behind: “Live life to the fullest.” This lived experience allows her to hold space with both tenderness and strength.
Her workshops blend reflection, visualisation, and gentle somatic practices to create safe, supportive spaces for connection and growth.
