GRINCH MANANGEMENT SERIES – Navigating emotions amidst the holiday glow.

The holiday season is approaching, and for some, it can bring up difficult emotions. The pressure to feel joyful and festive can be overwhelming, especially when loneliness or sadness takes center stage.

If this sounds familiar, we invite you to join Unity’s Grinch Management Series. This four-part class is designed to support you in navigating emotions during the holidays and help you through the challenges that often arise during this time.

Led by Alexandra True, the series creates a safe, compassionate space where you can process your feelings through drawing, painting, and writing—creative tools that help regulate the emotional ups and downs of the season.

This class is a fun, creative way to explore the part of ourselves that holds more wisdom than we realize. It also gives us the choice to embrace—or transform—the inner Grinch.

4-Week Series: Sundays, Nov. 10, 17, 24, and Dec. 1 | 4–6 PM

Cost: $80 (includes all four sessions and materials)
