I invite you into this free spirited movement of sacredness where you may release and let go of what is no longer serving you while welcoming the embrace of your essence. Wether you've had a crazy ass day or there's something you'd like to shift from within or your body is calling for you to shake them hips, wave them arms and move the energies throughout revitalising you. Groove is a time for you to be free, have a moment to feel deep presence and joy in the playfulness that dance embodies.
There are no expectations, flow where you are guided to go connecting to your natural rhythm.

The Arrival Home ~ Soul Song
Here you'll take a moment with breath, slowly making your way to find a comfortable place ready to be guided on a journey of deep relaxation with a sound healing. Where you may fully surrender into peace. Feel held and loved in the expansion of your heart and soul. Weaving instruments, voice and channelled light frequencies with the intention to bring you back into harmonious balance. Soulful sounds replenishing your being. I invite you to rest, receive and enjoy. Sound has many endless benefits with resetting the nervous system, improving overall wellbeing and connecting us more clearly to our intuition, just to name a few and not limited to. The journey is yours, it's one of self, it's one for you how ever you choose to experience it.
