This 1-hour mindfulness session is designed to support your nervous system through the power of simple Pranayama and breathwork practices. You’ll be guided through techniques to help calm the mind, regulate the body, and create a sense of inner ease.

Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a pause — this is your invitation to rest, reset, and return to yourself.

You’ll learn a few foundational breathing practices that:

  • Calm and balance your nervous system

  • Bring you into the present moment

  • Can be easily used in daily life for ongoing support

Held in the beautiful, nurturing space of Mana Temple in Kyneton, you’ll have access to yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets to ensure your complete comfort throughout the session.

No experience necessary — just bring yourself and a willingness to breathe deeply.
