Event description
Join us for Ground to Let Go, the first in our autumn workshop series, designed to deepen sensory awareness in your yoga practice, and allow you to explore your unique way of moving.
In this 2-hour session, you’ll arrive with sensory exploration, breathwork, and gentle warm up before diving into hip opening, balance exploration, and flowing through Half Moon transitions. You’ll have time to move freely, discover your own pathways, and explore movement both on and off the mat. The workshop closes with restorative bodywork, stretching, and a deeply relaxing savasana, followed by tea and chat to connect in community.
Who is it for?
This is an open level workshop designed for anyone who is curious about deepening somatic awareness in your yoga practice. Variations will be given and we will explore moving in ways which suit you.
