Theo Salmas
Theo is a dedicated practitioner of Energy, Sound, and Breathwork, a holistic approach that integrates evidence based wellness practices with intuitive and spiritual insight. His purpose is to help others reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and restore harmony across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Before stepping into the world of holistic healing, Theo spent over 20 years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness educator, with a strong background in exercise science and human physiology. His work in these fields taught him the importance of understanding the body not just as a physical system, but as an intelligent and responsive part of a much greater whole. Over time, he came to see that true well-being requires more than physical strength - it also depends on emotional balance, energetic flow, and spiritual alignment. His personal journey has been one of transformation. Growing up within strict cultural and religious frameworks created inner conflict, confusion, and emotional pain. For many years, he felt disconnected and out of place. Yet by using the very tools he now shares, he learned to release fear, dissolve limiting beliefs, and embrace the interconnectedness of all things. This experience awakened in him a deep compassion for others who are navigating their own transitions and seeking authentic healing. In his practice, Theo combines the restorative properties of energy healing, the vibrational power of sound - specialising in tuning fork therapy and the grounding awareness of somatic techniques such as breathwork and gentle movement. Each session is a collaboration, an intuitive and evidence informed process that encourages the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal. Drawing from both science and spirituality, Theo approaches healing as a dynamic interaction between the mind, body, and energy systems. He holds space for clients to reconnect with their natural rhythm, bringing awareness to emotional patterns, physical tension, and energetic imbalances that may be affecting their overall health. His goal is to empower others with tools to cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and peace in their daily lives.
