What to Expect: 

A Grounding Exercise led by Tiffany Wright, LCSW
We'll begin by grounding ourselves in the current season of change. Together, we’ll dive into themes like community safety, emotional regulation, embracing uncertainty, and the value of staying connected to what matters most. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect to our sense of purpose.

Self-Work Exercises using Passion Planner 
During this time for personal exploration, you’ll engage in a guided self-care reflection, identify your core values and reflect on what truly matters in your life right now. 

Reflection

We’ll close the session by coming together for a guided reflection. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and explore what’s come up for you during the experience. Led by Tiffany Wright, this final segment will provide space for connection, inspiration, and actionable takeaways.
