    As the festive season approaches make some time to reconnect with yourself through meditation and create your own clay blessing bowl, to use in enlightening your days with belief and gratitude.

    We will start with a 15 minute meditation and then ground through clay as we create blessing bowls for the evening. For those who have not work with clay before I will guide you through the basic process. Bring any crystals, beads or anything else to add to the creation of your blessing bowl. 

    All material will be provided. 


    Intentions: 

    • Reduce stress and anxiety by calming your nervous system
    • Stay in the present moment while grounding yourself and connecting with clay
    • Assist in increasing quality of sleep

    What to Bring:

    • Water 
    • Old shirt 
    • Crystals, beads or anything that you'd like to add to your blessing bowl. 

    No prior arts or pottery experience required. 

    About Your Facilitator:

    Tanya lives in North Brisbane and is a Holistic Business Wellness Consultant. She is qualified in holistic counselling and creative arts therapy, she has been using different forms of art for over 2 years as therapy and as a way to deepen her knowledge with her inner-self, overcoming stress, anxiety and PTSD. She is an enthusiastic, charismatic young lady who understands the stresses of life and business. Her goal is to support entrepreneurs and small business owners to prevent burn out, empower clients through personal/ business transformation, assist in creating a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle.
