Adult Group Creative Arts Psychotherapy Workshops

Rested Minds are delighted to bring their Adult Group Creative Arts Psychotherapy Workshops to the Cairns and Far North region throughout 2025.

This workshop series is specifically for community members who have an interest in personal growth and want to discover the transformative power of art psychotherapy. Psychotherapy lays in our negative and positive life experiences. We all use colour shapes and lines every day; they are a constant companion. These workshops blend the science of psychology, the intricacies of human development, and expression through art, to help explore emotions, healing and growth.

Privacy, confidentiality and Trauma Informed Principles and Practices are adhered to for all sessions.

Workshops for Human Services Workers & NDIS participants are available via our website.

All workshops will be delivered by Melissa Andrews, Clinical Psychotherapist on Mondays & Tuesdays and joined by Jo Wieser, Fine Arts (BA) Teacher - Mondays only.
