Presenter Bio:
Hi! I'm Lauren and I'm
excited to bring you these coaching groups. I love creating this safe
space to share experiences so we can learn and grow together. A little bit
about me..... I am a certified coach, physiotherapist and university lecturer. I love bringing these elements to coaching groups - layering the science and evidence into the daily habits and practices.
