4-Week Online Yoga Therapy Program for Health & Wellbeing
April 12 – May 9, 2025
This online program offers a flexible approach to yoga, breathwork, and meditation, designed to support your health, balance, and wellbeing. Led by Jenny, a qualified Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Yoga Therapist, the program allows you to tailor your experience to what you need most—whether that’s movement, breathwork, or stillness.
Each day, you’ll have access to a library of guided practices, categorized by physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Choose what resonates with you in the moment and track your progress through our private online platform on Mighty Networks. You’ll also have the option to share reflections, ask questions, and receive group support along the way.
A daily practice, even if brief, is encouraged, but there’s no pressure—whether you practice three times a week or more, every session is a step toward greater wellbeing.
How It Works:
- Access to a curated selection of 10–60 minute yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices
- Videos categorized by the states of wellbeing you wish to cultivate
- Self-paced flexibility—practice when and how it suits you
- Track your progress and engage with the community for support and motivation
- Guidance from Jenny, with the opportunity to ask questions and share insights
Bonus: Online Day Retreat
As an extra offering, you’ll also have access to an Online Day Retreat—an invitation to step back, reset, and immerse yourself in a full day of guided practice from home. The suggested schedule is there to support you, but you’re free to move through it in your own time.
