Grow Your Enviro Mentality (Online)

This workshop is a space to come together to share our love for the world, our pain for what is being done to it, and to dream of new ways being that nourish both people and planet.

Together we’ll dig deep to reach the root cause of the metacrisis we’re experiencing and explore why holding onto our humanity is our most powerful tool.

We’ll engage in embodiment practices that help you rememember your innate connection to all life, and you’ll receive practical steps for reconnection that you can implement now.

This workshop is for you if:

- You’re tired of hearing the same old advice on how to combat the climate crisis.

- You want to do more but feel you don’t have the time, energy or motivation.

- You’re already doing a lot and would benefit from nourishment or encouragement.

- You want to remember your innate connection to nature, as well as connect to other humans.

- You’re experiencing eco-anxiety, climate grief or feel totally numb.

- You want to learn how we can truly change the world.
