Grow Your Own Organic Veggies with Arno King
Event description
Enhance your abilities to grow a diverse range of delicious vegetables and herbs that thrive in our wonderful subtropical climate. We’ll discuss some of the most delicious and hardy vegetables; specific varieties to try; and learn how to cook with them. We’ll also focus on the importance of seasonality, continuous production and garden location. Soils have a great impact on plant growth, and we will develop skills to analyze and improve the soil structure and health, which in turn will produce toxin free, flavorful, vigorous and mineral rich vegetables which will enhance your health.
