In this online workshop series, you will have an opportunity to make real progress on a farm business plan - to focus on the big picture while stepping through practical planning tools. Working alongside other farmers and an experienced farm business coach, these sessions will help you understand your business finances, identify opportunities, and build a clear path forward. 

What to expect  

This is a series of three practical, interactive workshops focused on your farm business. You'll start building a farm business plan that you can put into action, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share ideas and learn from other farmers.

 This workshop series will be delivered across three online sessions: 

Session 1: 7 October 2026 – 4:00pm – 6:00pm 

Session 2: 14 October 2026 – 4:00pm – 6:00pm 

Session 3: 21 October 2026 – 4:00pm – 6:00pm 

Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions to get the most value from the series. 

Topics covered across the three sessions include: 

• setting goals and identifying priorities 

• understanding your farm business finances 

• building a practical plan to improve profitability and resilience 

• tools and resources to support your ongoing planning. 

Who is this workshop for? 

 This workshop is for farmers who want to take a more structured approach to managing their business - whether you're looking to grow, consolidate, or simply get a clearer picture of where your operation is headed. No prior business planning experience is needed.

• Three online workshops with an experienced farm business coach 

• Practical tools and planning frameworks to use on your own farm 

• Small group setting - limited to 15 participants
