Nicola Young - Director Team & Talent - Sandfield
Nicola Young has been looking after People and Talent Team at Sandfield for the past nine years and is passionate about supporting a talented and creative team to maintain a collaborative high-performance culture. When not supporting the Sandfield team, Nicola can be found cooking and spending time in nature, gardening and taking her dogs for long beach or forest walks.
Lisa Quayle - Co-Head of Engineering - Joyous
I'm currently co-leading Engineering at Joyous - a scaling NZ start up. I joined 4.5 years ago and have grown the engineering team from 3 people to 16. Along the way, I've learnt a bunch about the challenges of growth at different stages of the business.
