Growing Your Workforce Through Traineeships and Vocational Pathways
Description
Traineeships and vocational qualifications are not simply training products. They are workforce development tools that can help organisations build capability, improve retention, create career pathways and strengthen the future workforce while people continue working.
Join a FREE online session to hear perspectives from leaders and education and training professionals undertaking and facilitating Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways across our sector.
The session will be co-hosted by Isla Swan and John Turrisi from WorkUP Qld from the Grow the Workforce strategy.
Hear from a Mas National workforce consultant about traineeship pathways and learn about current subsidised qualifications and how to get started.
Learn how a remote service in Queensland has commenced a traineeship pathway to meet workforce pressures. Listen and learn from their experience, challenges encountered etc.
There will also be time for questions and discussion, making this a great opportunity to determine whether the program is the right fit for you or your staff.
Whether you are considering applying, supporting staff who may participate, or simply curious to learn more, you are warmly invited to attend.

You can book in a one on one with Alison from MAS National to explore
your organisation's workforce needs, eligibility for funded pathways, and potential traineeship opportunities.
