Anna Ramondetta

Anna is a business growth strategist with 20+ years’ experience helping ambitious, purpose-led businesses turn big ideas into focused, sustainable growth.

She is the founder of Alumni XX Women, a business growth community for women who want to grow with intention, structure and the support of other women who understand the journey. Through Alumni XX, Anna creates practical spaces for women to step out of the day-to-day, get clear on what matters and take meaningful action.

Anna also runs Luminus League, where she works with SMEs on strategic growth, leadership and business development. Her earlier career in global marketing agencies saw her lead campaigns for brands including Johnnie Walker, Deluxe and Masterfoods.

Anna brings a warm, practical and action-focused approach to Growth Space, helping women focus on what will make the biggest difference to their business.
