We are thrilled to announce the much-anticipated GSA Galaxy Gala, set to take place on November 17th,
2023, at the prestigious Plaza Ballroom. Prepare to be swept away on a cosmic journey
as we celebrate under the stars
This evening promises to be a celestial experience like no other, offering a three-course culinary adventure and free-flowing beverages. Our cosmic-themed atmosphere will transport you to the depths of the galaxy, where you can mingle with fellow graduate students and dance the night away among the stars.
This event is 18+ only. GSA is committed to promoting safe and responsible use and service of alcohol.
Only those with a valid ticket will be allowed entrance on the night. No ticket sales on door.
IMPORTANT: To ensure your group is seated together please buy all tickets in a single transaction.
Ticket includes:
- Entry to the GSA Galaxy Gala
- A three-course meal
- Free-flowing beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available)
Ticketing information
- All ticket sales are final - refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
- Currently enrolled graduate students, please provide your student ID and University of Melbourne email. Enrollment verification may be required.
- Non-graduate students must purchase tickets at full price.
- Each table seats 10 people
- Graduate students have the option to purchase an entire table.
- For mixed table bookings, kindly purchase 10 tickets in a single transaction.
- Orders of fewer than 10 tickets will be seated together at a table assigned by GSA for your convenience.
- To ensure your group is seated together please buy all tickets in a single transaction. GSA cannot accommodate individual seating requests.
- GSA reserved the right to cancel any tickets that do not comply.
Just a reminder if you have purchased any UoM Grad tickets we may contact ticketholders to confirm their enrolment. If we are not able to confirm enrolment GSA reserves the right to cancel your tickets.
