Guardian IMS - Road User Training

Aim:
This course is designed to give participants an overview and instruction on using the Guardian IMS Road User Management software, which the Council uses to record road and bridge closures in disaster and emergency events.

Objectives:

• Accessing and Navigating Guardian IMS for Road Users
• Create a road closure
• Create and use known Trouble Hot Spots
• Closing a road closure or known trouble hot spot

Assumed knowledge/Prerequisites:

• No prerequisites required

Course Details

This training is delivered face-to-face over 3 hours by the Emergency Management Section.

This course will be available to book a spot until the 22nd of November 2024

Two sessions are available for this training, please select one session only.

What will I need to bring:

• Your laptop, mouse and charger – please advise if you do not have a laptop by 21st November 2024 and we will organise one for you
