Welcome to your Birth Story Journey-

An immersive and supportive journey to integrate and alchemise your birth story.

Join Tiarny in circle for a guided meditation, creative art expression and story writing workshop.

A morning to honour yourself, and all that you have traversed through your birth portal.

Together we will journey back through the story of your birth and create your own handmade birth story book for your child. 

For women who are seeking to deeply reflect, explore and express their story.

This is an inclusive and welcoming space for all types of births.
