Event description

Guided Group Meditation is a 30min weekly event via Zoom specifically designed for working professionals. Whether tuning in from home or the office, this simple group practice is an opportunity to become present with like-minded individuals and unwind from the cumulative effects of stress or anxiety during these changing and uncertain times. 

The guided meditations are based on breath-focused, 'loving kindness' and intentional practises empirically proven to calm the nervous system, restore a sense of balance and well being.

My name is Dafna and I started running these meditations at the request of a family lawyer who saw the need within her industry for such a service at this stressful time. In acknowledging the impact of COVID-19 across many workplaces, I have opened this group to other professionals who feel they may benefit from the practise.

I am an accredited Psychotherapist, yoga and mindfulness facilitator. I lead regular meditation workshops and see clients at progressive psychology practice, Indigo Project in Surry Hills, as well as privately. 

Please join us by registering and connecting via the Zoom link provided in the follow up email before the event. A once-off contribution fee of $5 is requested for participation in the sessions - the same price as a coffee but way better for you!
