Join us on this gorgeous day cleansing our frequencies, upgrading our cells and vibrating crystal clear. 

This is an opportunity to relax, whist you release what no longer serves you, inside the deep meditations, visualisations and energy upgrades. 

Starting with a gentle, welcoming group circle, drinking cacao whilst focussing on our goals for the session, 

Nitya discusses Energy, Intention and frequencies, allowing you to integrate that into your meditation and visualisations; energy will become clearer, stronger and lighter your manifestations amplify strength.

These are powerful transformative energies, Nitya takes us up to 1300 Hz and the 40 - 60th dimension using Energy Healing tools and a vibration called Trovak (TM) inside the vortex of our healing space. We may have guides join us, which will all be of the most loving energies.  

Nitya will hold the space, with the energies that come on the day, of the highest intent, whilst they clear into their highest form and cleanest vibration for accessing your potential in reality. What does that mean? It means that you come to the event, relax, take a few deep breaths and let the healing energies steer you to what you wish to create. As you raise your frequency the 'less is more' principle applies: you don't have to know the 'how' using the mind, only the power of the heart is required.
