Take 30 minutes every Wednesday to enhance your overall productivity by giving your mind and body the gift of rest and stillness.
This traditional guided relaxation technique known as Yoga Nidra follows a sequence of instructions that allows your conscious mind to rest while your subconscious mind is drawn into the subtleties of body, breath and surrounding environment. Your only job is to lie on the floor and listen. Come as you are. No need to change out of your work clothes. Come away feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.
No previous meditation experience required.
