Discover Sydney’s Scenic Routes by Bike!
Join us for a relaxed, guided bike ride along cycleways and quiet streets, starting from Green Square Train Station and ending at Circular Quay. You’ll travel a scenic route to the fish markets—perfect for beating the holiday queues—and continue through Pyrmont, Darling Harbour, and Barangaroo, passing various wharves and arts and cultural hubs along the way.
This one-way ride finishes at Circular Quay, where you have several options to complete your journey. You can hop on a ferry with your bike to Manly or another harbor side destination, take your bike back on the train to Green Square, or pick up a Sydney Cycling map and continue exploring more of the city’s cycling infrastructure on your ride back.
You’ll need:
- A roadworthy bike and helmet
- Water bottle and snacks
- Sunscreen
- Your sense of adventure
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Bookings are essential. We also recommend completing the Cycling in the City course beforehand, as it equips you with skills to confidently navigate Sydney’s bike network, enhancing your experience of the city’s urban paths.
