Guided Wildflower Walk at Wireless Hill
Event description
Join us for a Wildflower Walk at Wireless Hill led by experienced guides
Members of the Friends of Wireless Hill and the Wildflower Society of WA will guide groups of about ten people along the Wildflower Walk at Wireless Hill. This path is fairly flat and is suitable for prams and wheelchairs.
Wireless Hill is well known for its orchids but there is also an abundance of other wildflowers to be pointed out and discussed by our knowledgeable guides.
Registration is essential. There are two times for registration: 9 am-10.30 am or 10 am to 11.30 am. If one time is sold out please choose the other time. Please note that to create the best experience for everyone we will stagger the times at which groups leave, so that even if you register for 9am your group may not start the walk until 9.30.
The walk generally takes about an hour but it is a loop and you can leave at any time to return to the start point.
Bring your camera and a hat and/or umbrella if rain seems likely. We have never had to cancel due to bad weather so hopefully our luck will continue!
There will be a coffee van on site from 8.30.
