Self-compassion is an antidote to self-criticism, its self-kindness instead

of harsh self-talk, common humanity instead of isolation, and mindfulness 

instead of rumination.

In this weekly 30 minute guided meditation starting on Monday 20 September at 8:15pm and continuing each Monday night until 8 November we will explore the meditation and  the power of mindful self-compassion

Conny will lead us in a 30 minute guided meditation at this gathering. 

This early bird offer will give you access to all 8 guided meditations

$70 is your investment in your mental and physical wellbeing and Conny has generously donated an extra class for our Early Birds 

Individual Guided Meditations will be $10 per meeting
