You can love your children deeply and still grieve the parts of yourself that motherhood has changed.
You can feel grateful and still carry guilt. Guilt that you’re not doing enough. Guilt that even after giving so much of yourself, a small voice still asks whether your children deserved more.
Guilt that makes you question the moments you needed rest, lost your patience, or simply longed to feel like yourself again.
And grief for the freedom, identity, relationships, expectations, or version of yourself you once knew. The small ache of watching your children grow while wondering, Am I appreciating this enough?
These emotions can coexist. They do not make you ungrateful, selfish, or a bad mother. They make you human.
Join us for Guilt & Grief: How Both Can Exist in Motherhood, a virtual, interactive workshop where mothers can speak honestly, feel less alone, and learn practical tools for moving through these emotions with greater awareness, self-compassion, and less judgment.
This online event is held via Google Meet. The meeting link will be emailed one day before the event.
