Join us for Gut Instinct, a practical and engaging morning focused on women's gut health and overall wellbeing. Discover how your gut affects every part of your life—and what you can do to improve it.
What to Expect:

9:30 AM – 10:15 AM: Gut health talk with Phillipa Page, a Registered Clinical Nutritionist and founder of Well Within. Phillipa specializes in digestive health and mental wellbeing, offering practical strategies to support your health through food. This is a talk to help you understand your food and health needs. It looks at the questions to ask of your own health and of your health practitioners. It is about empowering you to take charge of your health with the every day decisions you make about food. Phillipa welcomes your questions and hopes to make this an interactive and informative conversation.

10:15 AM – 10:45 AM: Enjoy a light morning tea.

10:45AM – 11:30AM: Gentle Mat Movement session with Sarah Little, a yoga instructor at the Heretaunga Women’s Centre. Sarah leads weekly classes that focus on mindful movement and relaxation, helping women reconnect with their bodies.

Phillipa Page is a Registered Clinical Nutritionist working with people of all ages and stages to achieve their best health. Clinical nutrition is about foods, food reactions, digestion and how these affect all aspects of health. Phillipa brings understanding and empathy for different needs, challenges and situations. She has experience with children, teens and women’s health through growth and hormonal changes.
