Guys & Dolls talk and concert

Baritone Ian Warwick and soprano Emily Turner are set to entertain the Sydney Opera Society’s members and friends with a talk and excerpts presentation of Frank Loesser's beloved musical "Guys and Dolls," a work that has captivated audiences around the world since its debut in 1950. 

Ian, a classically trained baritone, brings a wealth of experience as a director, writer, and designer, having earned his Master of Music in Classical Singing from the Australian Institute of Music in 2014. In 2017, he contributed as an associate director for Pacific Opera’s Young Artist Program. 

Emily, a talented soprano, holds a Graduate Diploma of Music Studies in Opera from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music at Griffith University, where she showed her skills under the voice teacher Joseph Ward OBE. In 2023, joined Opera Queensland’s Young Artist Program, promising a future in the world of opera.
