Who can come to a GVYP event?
Anyone aged 18 to 40 living or working in the Goulburn Valley region. You don't need to be a member to come along, you just need to be keen to connect!
I don't know if I'm a 'professional' in the traditional sense - is this for me?
Absolutely! By 'professionals', we mean any working person - hospitality, trades, retail, healthcare, creatives, students, apprentices, you name it! We're here to connect all kinds of young people, no matter what path you're on.
Do I have to know how to dance?
Nope! You don't have to join in the facilitator-led dance sessions on the night, but if you do, they are beginner-friendly and just for fun.
Do I have to dress up?
Not at all - but we do love a good disco moment! Feel free to come in 70s or 80s gear if you're keen to go all out!
