GYAL TIME - FEMALE DANCEHALL CLASSES!!

Female Dancehall is an empowering, energetic and sensual dance style from Jamaica, incorporating various grooves and body isolation such as wines, juk, tic toc, jiggle and Female Dancehall steps.

We have a 3 class-series this month which will focus on:
Class 1 - 10 September 2024 - GROOVES, ISOLATIONS AND DRILLS with Jes and Mimi
Basic grooves are always important in any dance! We will work on foundational female grooves, waistline moves, isolations and exercise drills    

Class 2 - 17 September 2024 - SMOOTH SENSUAL STEPS/CHOREO with Jes
We will learn smooth Female Dancehall steps created by various noted Jamaican female dancers and teams.

Class 3 - 24 September 2024 - FIERCE STEPS/CHOREO with Jes
We will learn fierce Female Dancehall steps created by various noted Jamaican female dancers and teams.

*Please wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing
