GYAL TIME -Â FEMALE DANCEHALL CLASSES!!
Female Dancehall is an empowering, energetic and sensual dance style from Jamaica, incorporating various grooves and body isolation such as wines, juk, tic toc, jiggle and Female Dancehall steps.
We have 3 or 5 class passes available.Â
3 December 2024 (first week of month) - GROOVES, ISOLATIONSÂ AND DRILLSÂ
Basic grooves are always important in any dance! We will work on foundational female grooves, waistline moves, isolations and exercise drills  Â
10 & 17 December 2024 - STEPS/CHOREOÂ with Jes
We will learn Female Dancehall steps created by various noted Jamaican female dancers and
teams and some choreo.
 Notes:
*Casual drop-ins welcome!
*Please wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing

International online Dancehall resources for training. Learning directly from the
