* Low spoons: Designed to be easy and low effort for those with limited energy.

Join us for Neurodiversity Celebration Week (17-23 March 2025) to share, learn, and create something amazing together.

What's this about?

What Unites and Minds of All Kinds are teaming up to bring you Hack to the Future—a fun, welcoming event by and for neurodivergent people (and open to anyone who wants to join in!).

How it works

  • Run during Neurodiversity Celebration Week, each morning, we’ll send you a short video with our favourite tips and tricks.
  • Join your way - Share your ideas, like, and comment on others' favourite hacks. Or just scroll and soak up the community vibes—there’s no pressure!
  • After the week ends, we'll compile all the hacks into a free community resource for those that have registered.

Three Days, Three Themes

We'll cover three themes over three days, but there will be flexibility to participate throughout Neurodiversity Celebration Week.

📅 Day 1 (Tues, 18 March): Energy & Focus Hacks – Easy ways to boost energy, stay focused, and get things done with less effort.

📅 Day 2 (Wed, 19 March): Comfort & Calm Hacks – Tips to reduce stress, manage sensory overload, and create a soothing space.

📅 Day 3 (Thurs, 20 March): Connection & Communication Hacks – Simple ways to set boundaries, navigate social interactions, and build meaningful relationships.

Why join?

✅ It’s completely free!

✅ Learn tried and tested hacks from other neurodivergent people who get the challenges.
