UQCS Hackathon 2025
Event description
Get ready for UQCS’s biggest event of the year — our very own Hackathon! Bring your coding skills and enthusiasm for three action-packed days of building, experimenting, and having fun.
The aim of the hackathon is to build something within the weekend. We have seen games, websites, desktop applications, hardware and robots, but you are free to make anything that you can think of (a showcase of past projects can be seen here).
If this is your first hackathon, no stress! We'll be running a ‘How-To Hackathon’ Talk a few days prior to the event.
We’ve got you covered with free meals all weekend — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You're also welcome to stay overnight at UQ and code uninterrupted.
