What You'll Experience

Reflect
After a warm welcome, we’ll dive into a reflection session led by Amanda with potent AF prompts to help you revisit 2024’s highlights and identify anything you’re ready to leave behind.

Celebrate & Clear
Our next session is all about pausing to celebrate the highlight reel, including progress you've made, challenges you've overcome and the growth you've experienced. And then we'll take some intentional time to notice any patterns, habits, people or places that you want to leave behind so you can clear the way for who you want to be and how you want to feel in 2025

Vision Board Creation
Once you’re clear on what you want to call in, it’s time to bring your 2025 vision to life—old-skool style with big paper, scissors, and glue sticks (we provide materials!). You're asked to bring any clippings, photos, or quotes you would LOVE to see on your Vision Board.

Graze & Recharge
After all that deep work, we’ll pause for a grazing lunch out on the deck, surrounded by the beautiful bushland views at Kakowan Community Centre. Relax, recharge, and connect with the other women.

Sound Bowls & Hypnosis Meditation

With your vision clear and your belly full, we’ll close with a grounding sound bowl experience led by Dinah from Rainbow Star Healing, paired with a hypnosis meditation crafted by Amanda. This powerful session is designed to plant the seeds for your year ahead and give you space to drop into some deep AF relaxation, recharging your energy for what’s to come.

1. What should I bring?
Bring any magazine clippings, photos, quotes, or printouts that you’d love to include on your 2025 vision board. We’ll provide the rest, including all vision board supplies and materials.

2. Is there a dress code?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax and move freely. This retreat is all about you, so feel free to dress in whatever helps you feel your best and you're comfortable to sit on the floor in.

3. Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! We’ll enjoy a delicious grazing board and refreshments during the break on the deck. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know ahead of time (7 days notice required).

4. I’ve never done vision boarding or hypnosis meditation before. Is that OK?
Absolutely! This retreat is beginner-friendly, and you’ll be guided through every step. The vision boarding session is designed to a fun and playful way to help you create your goals and visions for next year with clarity and intention, and the hypnosis meditation will help you drop into deep relaxation, whilst also planting the seeds for your 2025 visions firmly in your mind.

5. What’s the location like?
The retreat is held at the Kakowan Community Centre in Bunya, a peaceful space surrounded by lush bushland. It’s a perfect spot to disconnect from daily life and connect with yourself.

6. Can I come solo?
Yes! This retreat is a welcoming and supportive environment where you can connect with like-minded people or simply enjoy the experience on your own terms.

8. Parking Directions
The Kakowan Community Centre is located at 2 Pine Hills Drive, Bunya, within the James Drysdale Reserve sports complex. Upon entry, you’ll see the venue to your immediate right. Limited parking is available outside the centre—turn right to access these spaces. Alternatively, take the first left turn to find additional parking.
