Who is for

This retreat is perfect for partners looking to recharge and spend meaningful quality time together, away from the busyness of daily life.

What to expect
Start your Sunday morning immersed in nature and shared experiences that inspire relaxation and connection. You’ll enjoy:

  • Forest Bathing: A soothing, research-backed practice that supports wellbeing through mindful immersion in natural surroundings. By slowing down and awakening your senses, you’ll feel more connected to yourself, your partner, and the natural world.
  • A Cool River Dip: Refresh your body and mind with a rejuvenating dip in a pristine river.
  • Face Yoga: A holistic practice that combines ancient techniques, yoga-inspired movements, and facial exercises to rejuvenate and tone the muscles of the face, resulting in a more youthful and radiant appearance.
  • Partner Massage: An invitation to bring more physical touch into your daily life and create new ways of communication.
This interactive session invites you to explore giving and receiving massage, fostering new ways to communicate and nurture one another.

Your Guides

Anaïs

What to bring

To make the most of this retreat, please bring:

    - Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and relaxation.
    - Layers and weather-appropriate clothing for the slow pace of forest bathing.
    - A bottle of water, sunscreen, and a hat.
    - Towel and swimwear for the river dip (optional), a surfing poncho towel is recommended to get warm after the dip and before face yoga.
    - Rain gear (if needed, based on the forecast).

Where

The retreat will take place at a beautiful private property located at 1004 Plymouth Rd, New Plymouth, View on Google maps. This serene venue offers a stunning forest and a crystal-clear river perfect for the dip, providing the ideal setting for our mini retreat.

Please note that from the start of the activity at 9:00 AM until 11:15 AM, we will be outdoors with no toilet facilities or sheltered places to change. As we are in the forest, you are welcome to use the river for a quick pee or change in the bush if needed. After the cool river dip, face yoga will be held outdoors, allowing you to connect with nature while rejuvenating your face. The partner massage will take place indoors, and you will have 30 minutes to get changed, freshen up, and use the toilet, which includes the time to walk back from the forest to the house before the massage session.

We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and fully enjoy the experience.
