Join us at this profound half day experience on the Sunshine Coast.

Nurture your mind, body and soul with proven mindfulness practices and give yourself the opportunity to reset, recharge, come back to the present and deepen your connection with yourself, the ones around you and beyond.

It includes a gentle Yoga practice, meditation, a mindfulness workshop, breathwork, sound journey, chanting and much more. All gentle and deep practices facilitated in a safe environment by Cristian Trujillo who will take you into a deep journey within.

This retreat will also open a space for you to connect with an amazing community of like-minded people in the Sunshine Coast.

Towards the end of the day we will share a simple and delicious meal prepared with love by Bei Sale especially for you.
