Halloween Eve Sacred Gathering

There is already enough darkness in the world.

This Halloween Eve, we invite you to gather for something a little different - an evening where we can acknowledge the shadows without feeding them, meet mystery without fear, and bring more light, warmth, movement, laughter and human connection into the night.

Through yoga, ceremonial cacao, sound, dance and shared ritual, we’ll create a space to soften, open the body, shake off what has become heavy and remember the simple pleasure of being alive together.

Halloween has always carried the feeling of a threshold - a moment between seasons, between the familiar and the unknown. We’ll borrow a little of its mischief and mystery, but turn the evening toward joy, care and illumination.

What to Expect

🧘 Yoga Journey - Arrive in the body, deepen the breath and create space within. A grounding and heart-opening practice suitable for different levels of experience.

🍫 Ceremonial Cacao - Gather around cacao, slow down and reconnect. A warm ritual of intention, presence and heart-centred connection.

🔔 Meditation & Sound Healing - Rest into vibration and stillness, allowing the nervous system to soften and the mind to become quieter.

💃 Halloween Ecstatic Dance - No choreography and no judgement. Dance beautifully, strangely, wildly or barely at all. Let yourself play.

🕯️ Light in the Dark Ritual - A simple shared moment to acknowledge something we are ready to release and something within ourselves we would like to illuminate.

✨ Closing Sound Journey - Settle, receive and allow the evening to integrate before returning gently into the night.

And because it is Halloween Eve, there is room for a little mischief.

Dress mystical, magical, elegant, ridiculous, wild - or simply come in something comfortable enough to move in. Costumes are welcome but absolutely not required.

Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing for movement.

Come alone or bring someone you care about.

Come quiet or exuberant.

Come mysterious. Come playful. Come exactly as you are.

For one evening, we’ll meet the darkness with candles, cacao, music, movement and each other.
