Event description

TAUAWHI IS STOKED TO ANNOUNCE THE AUCKLAND DEBUTS OF HAMRO AND GRAMGREENE AT IL BRUTTO ON AUGUST 2ND!!

Tarik Hamrouni, professionally known as HAMRO, is a 25 year-old dubstep and riddim producer from Ottawa, Canada, who has rapidly emerged as one of the most prominent rising figures in the underground bass music scene. Since launching his project in 2018, HAMRO has been diligently refining his sound design, building a strong social presence, and developing a production style that fuses precise, emotive melodies with ruthless, high-impact bass. His growing influence is reflected in his Spotify presence, where he currently boasts over 63,000 monthly listeners.

GRAMGREENE is a household name in the riddim scene after years of loyal service. The professional vibe curator has captured some of the greatest moments in the history of the scene with his trusty GoPro and ear for fire! Behind the decks he is no different bringing unbelievable energy and chops to every single one of his sets, filled to the brim with the nastiest unreleased music and ridiculous doubles.

It is our pleasure to have them both in Auckland with a stellar support lineup behind them!
