Handmade Paper Workshop
Event description
This workshop is perfect for artists who aren't afraid to get messy! Participants will learn how to make recycled paper from start to finish, from making paper pulp to pulling sheets of paper from a paper slurry to safely cleaning up. The instructor will also demonstrate how to make paper using non-traditional tools!
Paper made in this workshop will be available for pickup after it has dried overnight. You get to take home and use the paper you made from scratch! Never buy new paper- learn how to reuse what you have at home and add an extra sentimental touch to your papercrafting.
This workshop is appropriate for ages 11+ only. Minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

About the Instructor
Jeniffer is a crafter who enjoys combining art with sustainability. Her favorite way to do this is by recycling paper into pulp to create new paper that can be used in a variety of ways. Jeniffer loves to make cards with her homemade paper and even uses it to print her linocut/block print designs onto. She has been developing her skills for the last 3 years and is always learning more.
