Introduction to Mindfulness - Sept 2020 Morning

Are you feeling the effects of 2020 and all the changes it has forced upon us?
Mindfulness techniques help us to be become more present in the moment, reduce stress and is beneficial for our overall wellbeing. Here at hands2hold we are looking forward to launching an introductory online program, and supporting you to bring these techniques into your day.
Join us from the comfort of your home, in a safe and supportive group environment to learn and connect with others.
Our program is facilitated by qualified and PACFA registered counsellors.
Mindfulness can be helpful for:
- Anxiety and the exhaustion caused from feeling anxious
- Building self-compassion
- Establishing gratitude
- Slowing down and being able to just enjoy the smaller things life has to offer
- Being more present in your life
- Sleep improvement
If you would like support with any of the above, our mindfulness program can be helpful to you.
Mindfulness can be done from anywhere so this is effective for people at work, school or if you are in isolation and at home.
This program is ideal for beginners and will run for 2 hours per session over 8 weeks, via Zoom.
