Join me for a fun and empowering bodyweight workshop with a unique blend of pilates, gymnastics, calisthenics and kung fu. In this 60min class you'll learn how to use your body as your gym - from handstands and crow poses to pistol squats and partner drills. Expect to sweat, laugh and leave feeling stronger, more mobile and more connected with yourself and others.
