We’re excited to add something new to our Kaboose Hangouts!
Every week, join us for a 30-minute session dedicated to self-care, led by Jenine Lillian (jeninelillian.com), a wellbeing coach, writer, and passionate advocate for living with more balance and joy.
These sessions are a chance to:
✨ Explore practical self-care strategies
✨ Learn simple tools to support your mental and emotional wellbeing
✨ Share experiences with a welcoming, neurodivergent-friendly community
✨ Take half an hour just for you
Whether you’re looking for small ways to recharge during the week or a space to pause and reflect, these hangouts are designed to give you accessible, judgment-free strategies for caring for yourself.
Come as you are. Cameras on or off, talking or just listening—it’s all welcome.
