Walk a Mile in Her Shoes – Join the Movement!

Step up, speak out, and stand with women everywhere!

This Mental Health Month, Happiness Habits is hosting Walk a Mile in Her Shoes on Saturday, 4th October—a powerful community event raising awareness about domestic violence, gender inequality, the mental health challenges women face, and the vital work Happiness Habits does to support this.

But we’re not waiting until October to take action! We’re kicking off the campaign on International Women’s Day (Saturday, 8th March), and we want YOU to be part of the movement.

From March to October, we’re asking the community to walk a mile in her shoes—whether in heels, sneakers, or bare feet—record it, share it, and spread the message! Post your videos and photos on social media, tag us, @happinesshabitsinc and use the hashtag #HelpHerShineWalkAMileInHerShoes, or send them directly to us at happinesshabitsinc@gmail.com and we will share them for you.

Every ticket purchased is a donation supporting the Happiness Habits Mentoring Program, allowing us to continue empowering vulnerable and disadvantaged women through mentorship, support, and life-changing opportunities.

Can’t make it to the event? You can still make an impact! Purchase a ticket as a donation to support our cause and help us continue our work. Plus, you can still participate by sharing the campaign on your socials, encouraging friends and family to walk, donate, and spread the word. Every step, every share, and every dollar makes a difference.

Location: The Entrance Memorial Park to Picnic Point

The walk will start at The Entrance Memorial Park near the stage & we will walk along the path, shining our torches to Picnic Point.
