On Thursday October 8th 2020, Happiness Co will be hosting the second annual FIFO Mental Health & Happiness Summit.
Partnering with WA's pioneering co-working organisation, Spacecubed, we will be welcoming 100 attendees to their state of the art venue in the Perth CBD.
This years theme; EMPOWER THE INDIVIDUALS.
Organisations are doing what they can to address mental health, happiness and wellbeing. It is time to shift the focus and responsibility for happiness to the employees themselves. Not all companies and contractors are getting it right every single time, but they are putting mitigation and motivation at the forefront of their human capital strategies. The current trends around wellbeing only change if every stakeholder, including those working on sites and in management roles, look to develop their strategies and tools for pre-emptive mental health.
Happiness Co is a leader in the pre-emptive mental health and happiness space. In this summit their team, along with several industry experts, will guide discussion, debate and feedback to create a plan for FIFO Mental Health & Happiness over the next 3 years.
