Harakeke Weaving: Kete Whakairo Basic (Shopping basket)

A day workshop to weave yourself a useful shopping basket. These baskets can be used for several years and are very strong. No plastic needed! Prior weaving experience preferred for this workshop. Light lunch included. 

Enjoy the opportunity to learn the traditional art of weaving at Te Whare Koa Marae. A great way to spend the day being hands on creative with a group of weaving enthusiasts!
